In the heart of our olive grove, the private pool offers a serene spot to unwind and soak up the peace of the countryside. Whether you are enjoying a casual swim or relaxing with your favorite drink, the pool is the perfect complement to the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Shaded areas under the olive trees provide a peaceful escape from the sun, while open spaces around the pool are ideal for sunbathing. Comfortable sun-loungers, allow you to unwind and enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding.
The Garden
Giardino di Tosca is the perfect place to relax, reconnect with natural beauty, and fully embrace the Italian dolce vita. The one hectare exclusive garden entirely reserved for our guests, offers a real individual privacy.
Numerous outdoor lounging areas, spacious terraces, the pool and the lawns, offer room to be alone, as well as spaces in which to come together. Embrace the tranquility of our olive grove with leisurely walk, and don't miss the chance to savour our own homemade oil.
The Bedrooms
Fully renovated to exceptional standards in 2023, with over 3400 ft2 of living space, the home sleeps 8 people and is composed of two floors with separate entrances. Each room is thoughtfully furnished mixing modern comfort with tradition, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The ground floor offers a master bedroom with door opening to the garden, two single bedrooms and two baths. On the first floor find two master bedroom and one bathroom. An extra child can be accommodated with a crib upon request in one bedroom.
The Living Room
Welcome to the living room. This space is designed to provide a place for relaxation and socialising, tastefully furnished with beautiful art pieces and high-quality interiors.
Here, you will find a welcoming dining area, comfortable sofas by the fireplace, a TV, and a selection of books. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to keep you connected. Relax, socialise, and make the most of this space during your stay.

I’m Lorenzo, and together with my dad, Paolo, we proudly run Giardino di Tosca. This house has been in our family for generations, built from the ground up by my grandparents, Francesco and Tosca. Giardino di Tosca was named after my grandmother, a tribute to her love for the land and the home she helped create. When my dad and I worked on the renovation of the house, our goal was to share the beauty and meaning this home has held for us, with future generations and guests from around the world. We take great pride knowing that every guest who has stayed here, left with beautiful memories.
